A We check our rates daily to ensure we give excellent value for your money.
Q Do you charge commission ?
A Our foreign currency and foreign travellers cheques are commission free.
We charge a small fee for sterling travellers cheques.
Q How can I pay?
A By cash, debit or credit card or by bank or building society cheque made payable to Dawson & Sanderson Ltd.
Q Is it a secure web site?
A Yes
Q How long will it take for my currency to arrive?
A If the currency is ordered before 3pm then it will arrive the next day. If ordered after 3pm then it will arrive in 2days.
Q What do I do if my currency does not arrive?

Q What if I need to cancel my order?

Q Can I choose to collect from a branch?
A Yes
Q Are there any additional costs?
A There is a 2% charge when paying by Credit Card.
Q Can my currency be delivered to a different address to my debit/credit card?
A No
Q Can my currency be collected by someone other than myself?
A No. We require proof of ID on collection.
Q Will you buy back my unwanted currency?
A We will buy back your currency at any of our branches.
